Who Is It For?
This program is available for clients on our Standard, Advanced, and Premium store plans.
How It Works
You Set the Value: You decide the specific monetary amount for each employee.
They Shop: Employees log in to your custom store and select their items.
Flexible Payment: If their order total exceeds the voucher value, they can simply pay the difference with their own credit card.
3 Ways to Distribute Vouchers
We offer flexible options to suit your company’s communication style:
1. Direct Email (Most Popular): We handle everything! We email your employees a custom message containing their unique code, the expiration date, a direct link to the store, and helpful details like size charts and return policies.
2. Printable PDF Vouchers: We provide PDFs for you to print and hand out in person or email internally. This is ideal if your employees do not have company email addresses.
3. Spreadsheet Delivery: We send you a list of unique codes, and you distribute them according to your own internal process.
Transparent Billing
Our billing model ensures fairness—you only pay for what your team actually uses.
The Deposit: To start an order, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit based on the total potential value of the vouchers.
Pay for Redemption: Your deposit is applied to actual orders. We only invoice you for redemptions that exceed that initial deposit amount.
Flexible Invoicing: We can set your billing cycle to monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or simply bill at the end of the voucher cycle.
Shipping Options
You have two choices for how shipping costs are covered:
Use Voucher Balance: Employees can use their voucher funds to pay for shipping at checkout.
Bill to Company: We can configure the store so employees aren't charged for shipping. Instead, we add these costs to your regular invoice or bill your UPS account directly.
Managing Your Program
New Hires: We can easily add new team members to your existing billing cycle or create a separate quarterly cycle just for them.
Expiration Reminders: We provide tracking spreadsheets as the expiration date approaches so you can remind your team to use their funds before they lose them.
