QPS CUSTOM SHIRTS
Order your QPS shirts with confidence at Stitch Logo. Each shirt has gone through our quality control evaluation process to ensure an excellent product every time. All shirts come with your QPS CUSTOM-BUILT RESEARCH logo embroidered on the left chest. Sales tax will be added to shirts shipping within the State of Florida only. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

NOTES:
- All shirts are available in white. White shirts need to have the full color logo.
- One men's and one women's shirt is also available in French Blue. A white logo will be an option for French Blue shirts.
- When you checkout, please ignore the "custom orders" language. The QPS logo will automatically be included in the price.
- Only shirts for convention/business use can be expensed and charged back to Marketing. Maximum 3 shirts per person.
- Additional shirts can be ordered and expensed to local budgets, if and when approved by the budget holder. You must provide credit card information at checkout for these orders.
- You do not need to let us know when you order shirts. Marketing will get regular reports.
- Stitch Logo has our billing address on file. At checkout please use your shipping address as the billing address.
