FASA will provide each employee two (2) items from the Company Provided category.
You may purchase additional items from either the Optional Staff Uniforms or Casual Friday section. You will have to provide your credit card information at checkout for these items.
Casual Friday items may only be worn on casual days.

- Address - Please enter your shipping address in the billing address section. We have FASA's billing information on file.

- Paymnet - Please select which credit card you with to use. We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX & Discover.
- Address - You must enter your credit card billing address as well as the address you would like your items to be delivered. We can ship to your home or work address.
- Processing - All orders are reviewed before we process payment. Your credit card will only be charged for the optional items. If we have a question, we will contact you for approval before we charge your card.
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Our normal delivery time is 2-3 weeks. If you need your items before that time, please contact us. We will make every effort to meet your deadline.
